Join to apply for the Digital & Media Marketing Lead role at NetJets EuropeThe Digital & Media Marketing Lead is to execute the NetJets Europe offline and online media and CRM strategy across several platforms by working in close collaboration with external agencies and NetJets’ HQ in Columbus, Ohio, with the objective of elevating the NetJets brand, encouraging brand engagement and conversion.ResponsibilitiesPlans and executes all offline and online media activities including but not limited to web, CRM, SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with our HQ in the USAUtilises strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsMeasures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)Shares regular dashboards to internal stakeholdersCollaborates with internal teams to propose landing pages in several languages and optimise user experienceCollaborates with agencies and other vendor partnersIdentifies trends and insights and optimises spend, and performance based on the insightsBrainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketingUnderstands the behaviour and preferences of customers and uses the information to communicate effectively with them throughout the customer lifecycle and encourage customer retentionOversees reporting and insights that accurately assess the delivery and performance of each campaign and provides recommendations as to improve mailing strategiesManage and oversee responsibilities of the CRM & Digital Marketing CoordinatorManage the mailing calendar strategySupervise the day-to-day running of the database and develop the database functionality in a way that supports the mailing campaignsEducationBachelor's in MarketingCertifications and LicensesYears Of Experience4-6 years of experienceCore CompetenciesService-OrientedStrives For Positive ResultsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs)Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related fieldDemonstrable experience leading and managing offline and online marketing campaigns, especially SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertisingExperience in optimising landing pages and user funnelsSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Cloud)Experience working with external and internal agencies, IT departments, sales teams and cross-functional collaboration with people at all levels within the businessFluency in Business English (written and spoken).
