What you'll be doing As our Integrated Planning Lead, you'll be at the heart of our media and digital marketing transformation:
Own and drive end-to-end planning of paid media and digital marketing campaigns across brands and regions. Partner with local and central brand teams to align media strategies with commercial priorities and market dynamics. Collaborate closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize cross-channel campaigns (TV, digital, social, performance, etc.). Ensure a consumer-centric media approach through audience insights, channel strategies, and measurement frameworks. Track KPIs and develop data-informed recommendations for campaign performance and media investments. Foster a test-and-learn culture—from A/B experiments to creative innovation.
Requirements
Experience in FMCG, retail, healthcare, or other fast-paced, consumer-facing industries. Proven track record in media planning, digital marketing strategy, or integrated campaign management—in-house or agency side. Strong understanding of paid media channels (programmatic, social, TV, influencer, search, etc.) and how they work together. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you thrive in matrixed, cross-market environments. Analytical mindset; ability to translate performance data into action. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and owning outcomes in a high-growth company.
