This role gives you the freedom to create eye-catching content, contribute to campaigns, and help shape our presence across multiple digital platforms.The Important Work You Will Be DoingResearching industry-related topics and identifying client needs to influence our creative content, collaborating with content writers to repurpose articles, case studies and other written workLiaising with the wider team and stakeholders to create high-quality content, including videos, infographics, publications, adverts, and more, while adhering to brand guidelinesManaging and maintaining our social media presence and generating innovative ideas to grow engagement for client updates and recruitmentDistributing content across our website, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and other channelsImplementing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across style, fonts, imagery, and toneUsing analytics to understand content performance, informing decisions, and reporting to the marketing teamStaying up to date with new tools and technologies to enhance marketing activities and productivitySupporting the wider marketing team and visiting other offices (Derby and Birmingham) for events when necessaryThe Skills And Experience You Will BringA 2:1 or above in a Marketing degree or a relevant CIM qualification, with at least 3/4 years’ experience in a marketing roleStrong understanding of the marketing mix, with experience in Google Analytics 4, PPC (Google Ads, social media), and email marketingAn eye for design and familiarity with design tools, ideally Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent communication skills, a collaborative team player who builds strong relationships within the team and across service linesHighly organized, goal-oriented, and confident in taking initiative while knowing when to seek supportAcute attention to detail with the ability to suggest and justify new ideas that elevate marketing activityWhy PKF Smith Cooper?Our culture, built on Engage, Empower, and Excel, encourages initiative, personal growth, and collaboration.
