OverviewWe’re looking for a curious, data-informed, and creatively minded Senior Digital Marketing Executive to help accelerate Blue Light Card’s member growth across web and app. You’ll play a key role in shaping how new members discover and engage with us, owning both SEO and app store optimisation to boost visibility across search engines, app stores and emerging AI platforms. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll combine data, experimentation and creativity to achieve measurable growth. Our Growth team is one of the newest at Blue Light Card, using data to maximise member acquisition and engagement. Blending insights with creativity, we’re making a big impact and delivering real results for our members and partners.What You’ll DoTake ownership of our iOS and Android app store presence, driving keyword research, creative testing (icons, screenshots, videos), running experiments, and managing ratings and reviews programmes to boost visibility and conversionDeliver SEO activity including technical checks, keyword and topic mapping, structured data, content briefs and internal linking to improve search visibility and performanceLead on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), making sure Blue Light Card is discoverable across AI-driven answer engines through entity management, authoritative citations, answer-friendly content and metadataDesign and run A/B and multivariate tests, review funnel and cohort performance, and use data insights to identify drop-off points and highlight opportunities for growthCollaborate with CRM, Brand and Paid teams to optimise app journeys, onboarding flows, landing pages and in-app experiences that support acquisition and engagementPartner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to refine attribution models, dashboards and reporting frameworks, providing actionable insights on multi-channel performanceBuild and optimise landing pages using CMS tools, with a focus on speed, usability and conversionWhat You’ll BringExperience in B2C growth marketing, SEO or app optimisation (agency or in-house), with proven ASO delivery and hands-on SEO/GEO executionPractical experience running A/B and multivariate tests, using insights to optimise performance and user journeysConfidence using tools such as GA4, Search Console, App Store Connect/Google Play Console and dashboards like Amplitude to track, analyse and attribute resultsA natural curiosity to test new ideas, explore emerging channels, and stay up to date with industry trends and AI solutionsAn aptitude for combining creativity and structured thinking to shape effective growth solutionsCollaborative, adaptable, and motivated by delivering measurable impactExperience with loyalty, referral, or incentive programmes would be an advantageOur CultureOur mission is simple – make heroes happy.
