We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Lead (B2B) to lead product marketing across our distributor, wholesaler, retailer and installer networks. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, product and engineering, ensuring that our renewable energy products are effectively positioned, communicated and adopted in the market. The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience working with B2B partners in the renewable energy sector, with a strong track record of developing go-to-market strategies, delivering compelling campaigns, and gathering customer insights to drive product and commercial success. This role will also act as the clear owner of customer and installer experience & insights, ensuring that feedback loops, research, and journey optimisation inform both product and marketing strategy.ResponsibilitiesLead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and updates.Tailor product positioning and messaging for distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and installers.Gather and analyse partner and customer insights to inform marketing and product development.Own customer and installer experience & insights, including research, NPS tracking, feedback loops, and journey optimisation.Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes.Develop sales and marketing collateral such as datasheets, presentations and case studies.Create training and education tools for installers and sales teams.Deliver integrated B2B campaigns to drive adoption and partner engagement.Work closely with sales, product, engineering and marketing to align strategy and execution.Provide regular market feedback to guide product improvements and roadmap planning.Ensure messaging and content are consistent with brand strategy and support subsidiaries with localisation.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience in product marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing in the renewable energy, cleantech, or related technology sector.Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or installers (ideally across electrical, energy, or EV-related industries).Strong understanding of customer and channel dynamics in B2B2C models.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver go-to-market strategies and product campaigns.Skilled at analysing customer insights and market data to shape strategy.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across commercial and technical teams.Strong project management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus.Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and the transition to a low-carbon future.What myenergi offer youFree charging of electric vehicles on site.Private Medical InsuranceCycle to Work Scheme25 days holiday increases with service + Bank HolidaysMental Health First Aiders across the business, let\'s be there for each otherCareer Development & EncouragementEmployee EmpowermentFree onsite parkingPositive working environmentEV salary sacrifice schemeBirthday Leave – because everyone deserves a day off for their birthday, right?Long service awardsEnhanced maternity & paternity payEmployee Assistance Programme - a free 24/7 UK-based counselling helpline.myenergi is committed to being an equal opportunity, diverse and inclusive employer.
