Accountabilities
- Develop and lead go-to-market and growth strategies for multiple product areas in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support sales, customer success, and acquisition initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics, report on marketing outcomes, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitive insights, translating findings into actionable strategies
- Identify growth drivers and barriers, generating user insights through research, data analysis, and surveys
- Collaborate with research teams to shape the product roadmap and improve user experience
- Proactively identify ways to enhance the platform's offering and strengthen product positioning
- Manage and mentor junior product marketers, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or a related field within a software or e-commerce company
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers to launch new features and drive adoption
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience conducting or applying user research to inform product and marketing strategies
- Ability to influence without direct authority and work collaboratively across teams
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Excellent understanding of marketing performance indicators and KPIs
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS environments preferred
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus
