As the team expands, there is scope for career progression to help develop and grow with the marketing team and specialise in areas you want to upskill into.The RoleIn this paid marketing-centric role as a Performance Marketing Specialist, you\'ll be a collaborative and eager marketeer, keen to showcase and develop your creative and analytics expertise. This role is ideal for anyone with good experience in paid in an agency setting. There will be opportunities to consult and deliver across other channels, such as email marketing and SEO, for the right candidate.Your ResponsibilitiesDeveloping client accounts and managing projects across paid marketing channels — including search ads, shopping ads and social media ads, with opportunities to work on other performance channelsAnalysing data, hypothesising causes for shifts, and actioning optimisations in accordance with your best judgement and the clients\' goalsProducing comprehensive reports on performance and activities, and meeting with clients regularly to discuss strategy to grow their businessesCollaborating and operating closely with the rest of the team to identify opportunities for clients across our marketing services, such as CRO, email marketing, organic social, affiliate, and SEOEssential Skills & ExperienceGreat understanding of marketing and e-commerce agencies and their operations2-3 years\' experience across paid marketing platforms, preferably in Google, Meta, and TikTokStrong analytical skills and keen to explore ways of improving workflow with the use of AICreative mindset and ability to collaborate on tasks, communicating effectivelyWell-organised, proactive and adaptive to varying workload; demonstrating strong initiativeDesirableExperience in email marketing and/or SEO would be a great advantageGood knowledge and/or experience using website platforms such as BigCommerce or Shopify in a marketing contextDesign skills for making marketing creative and materialsA higher education qualification in a relevant field such as marketing, business or computer sciences would be beneficialReady to take your career to the next levelClick APPLY now and send us your up-to-date CV and cover letter.No Agencies PleaseLNKD1_UKTJ #J-18808-Ljbffr
