This is a new in-house role designed to drive campaign performance and deliver smarter, more effective digital marketing at scale.You’ll manage and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns, improve website and landing page performance, and collaborate with our regional marketing teams and external agencies to tailor campaigns for different markets. With an eye for analytics, you'll help us better understand how our digital activity contributes to leads, conversions, and ROI.OVERVIEW OF ACCOUNTABILITIESPaid Media & Search:Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Display, and LinkedInConduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage budget allocationsA/B test creatives and landing pages to improve performanceReduce CPA and improve conversion rates across campaignsSEO & Website Performance:Work with content and regional marketers to improve organic visibilityManage SEO audits and action technical improvementsTrack site performance and page experience (Core Web Vitals, bounce rate, etc.)Collaborate with web developers or manage CMS updates where neededAnalytics & Reporting:Own performance dashboards and campaign tracking (GA4, HubSpot, etc.)Set up and manage UTM structures, conversion tracking, and attribution modelsReport monthly and quarterly on campaign performance and actionable insightsMarketing Automation:Lead email campaign workflows in HubSpotSupport lead scoring, segmentation, and engagement automationCollaboration:Work with regional marketing execs (DACH and Benelux) to localise and target campaignsBrief and coordinate with agencies on high-value projects where neededCollaborate with content and creative roles to produce effective assetsQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEEssentialNative Dutch speaker2–4 years’ experience in a performance or digital marketing roleStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO (on-page and content-focused)Confident using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, and UTM trackingFamiliarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation toolsData-driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on insightsProactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing projects independentlyStrong communication and collaboration skillsDesirableExperience working across multiple markets/languagesTechnical Product Knowledge: Understanding of technical products or willingness to undergo training and self-improvement in this area.Ambitious Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ambition to grow within the role and contribute additional value to the team.WORKING PATTERN:Days: Monday to FridayHours: 37.5 hours per week between 9am – 5pmLunch break: 30 minutes unpaidCOMPANY BENEFITS25 days Annual Leave (+1 per year capped at 30)Employee Assistance ProgramEnhance Family LeaveFree Eye TestsPrivate HealthcareQuarterly Incentive ProgramTraining & Development ProgrammesLength of Service AwardsPersonal Milestone AcknowledgementsFree Equipment HireFree ParkingH.I.R.E FitHybrid working (where possible)Ability to commute/relocate:Atherton, Manchester M46 9JZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Salary:Competive Salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
