Performance Marketing Manager role at Arrive. We’re looking for a skilled marketer to help scale paid media efforts and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit and more.
• Optimise bidding, targeting, and budget allocation to hit ROI and growth targets.
• Lead A/B tests and landing page optimisation to boost conversion rates.
• Analyse performance, spot trends, and translate insights into action.
• Work cross-functionally with product, data, and sales to align marketing with business goals.
• Stay ahead of the curve by adopting new tools, tech, and AI capabilities to evolve our paid media strategy.

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing roles.
• Proven success driving growth through PPC, paid social, and CRO.
• Strong data skills — you love analysing, testing, and optimising.
• Confident using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and A/B testing platforms.
• A continuous improvement mindset with an appetite for learning.
