As part of continued growth, they’re now hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid strategy—focusing on TikTok and other high-impact channels.
The Performance Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end paid media strategy, manage multi-channel campaigns, and directly influence revenue across TikTok, Google, Meta and beyond.
Role Highlights
Lead full-funnel performance marketing with a hands-on focus on TikTok, Meta, Google, and Snapchat
Shape and execute paid media strategy: from creative testing to bid optimisation
Oversee senior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging cohesion
Analyse performance metrics, report on KPIs, and scale what works
Drive innovation through new platform tests and iterative landing page experiments
You Will Need
5+ years in performance marketing, ideally within FMCG or eCommerce
In-depth experience with TikTok Shop Ads, Creator Marketplace, Ads Manager
Google Ads fluency across Search, Shopping, and YouTube
Strong grasp of metrics like ROAS, CPA, AOV, CVR, and LTV
Confidence with tools like GA4, Shopify, Northbeam or Triple Whale
