OverviewTelecom Acquisitions Limited is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to support growth across multiple consumer brands in the UK broadband and energy sector. The successful candidate will deliver campaigns, support acquisitions, and drive customer engagement across digital and offline channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of marketing campaigns across 7 residential broadband brands and 1 B2B brand.Assist with brand and customer acquisitions, including the transfer of marketing assets and onboarding of new customer bases.Manage and grow day-to-day digital marketing activity, including e-commerce, CRO, email campaigns, and social media.Contribute to customer journey improvements, including renewals, loyalty, and reactivation initiatives.Support the rollout of new marketing technologies, including AI-driven campaigns and automation software.Maintain brand reputation through customer review platforms (Trustpilot & Google reviews), PR, and listings on comparison sites.Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting to the senior marketing team.Work cross-functionally with both internal and external sales teams.Design and plan a marketing approach for a rolling 12-month period.Be able to work in a hands-on environment where you will manage the design through to the execution.The Ideal CandidateHands-on marketing professional with minimum 4 years’ experience across digital channels.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.Knowledge of e-commerce, automation, and customer optimisation.A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.About UsOur business is built on exceptional customer service with our core product focused on broadband and household utilities, tailored predominantly to the rental market.
