The Senior Advisory Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of the EMEA marketing strategy for the Advisory segment in the UK. Develop deep client insight and knowledge, collaborate with other Advisory Marketing Managers in EMEA, and work with central Marketing teams to ensure effective planning and execution oversight. Align with the broader EMEA strategy while tailoring initiatives to regional priorities; think globally, act locally. Lead and develop the Advisory Marketing Manager within the team. Cultivate strategic partnerships with local distribution teams. Collaborate with Distribution, EMEA Marketing (ETF, Private Markets, Advisory and Discretionary) and specialist Marketing teams. Oversee planning and implementation of the Advisory segment strategy for the region, incorporating local client insight and efficient customer journeys to achieve commercial goals. Build a strong partnership with the Distribution team to gain country marketing input.
Team and Scope Invesco serves a broad client base, with assets under management including ETF, equities, fixed income, alternatives/Private Markets and multi-asset. The Segment & Country Marketing organization collaborates with Brand, Content, Data/Insights, Digital Experience, Events, External Communications and Growth & Engagement to deliver the EMEA marketing strategy. What you will bring
Significant proven expertise in B2B marketing in the financial services industry; asset management experience is a plus. Expertise in identifying and measuring the success of marketing campaigns and events; digital experience is a clear advantage. Experience in leading a small team and strong operational ownership; ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders. Digital-first mindset to shape client experience across channels and build the funnel. Leadership and inspiration to a team of marketing managers, with respect for regional cultural differences. Understanding of asset management, customers, products, and competitors; ability to prioritize across markets and segments. Experience with Sales and Marketing automation platforms; knowledge of latest B2B marketing techniques and digital channels. Insights- and metrics-based marketing principles; ability to link marketing to commercial results and apply learnings regionally. Master’s level education or equivalent qualification. High energy, adaptability, and a pragmatic, collaborative approach; strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to work in an international environment with direct reports in different locations.
