OverviewAddition Compliance is a fast-growing specialist in regulatory reporting for alternative investment managers. We work with leading global names in private equity, hedge funds and real estate - helping them take the noise out of complex filings across 70+ global reports. We are now looking for our first dedicated Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and put marketing at the heart of our growth story.Why this role?Make your mark: As our first marketing hire, you’ll have the autonomy to build campaigns and initiatives from scratch.Hands-on variety: From digital demand generation to roundtables and events, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and creating opportunities that matter.Senior visibility: Reporting directly to the CRO, you’ll be a core part of shaping how we reach and engage Chief Compliance Officers and other senior decision makers.Impact you can measure: Your work will directly translate into qualified leads, client meetings, and business growth.What you’ll doOwn and deliver demand generation campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, SEO).Plan, promote, and run roundtables and client events — repurposing them into content for ongoing engagement.Build a repeatable content pipeline (articles, case studies, video) that establishes Addition Compliance as a trusted partner.Track and report on performance metrics: MQLs, meetings booked, event outcomes, and content cadence.Manage freelancers or partners where needed but primarily deliver hands-on execution.What we’re looking forProven experience in B2B demand generation (professional services or consultancy background a strong plus).Strong track record in digital marketing execution and analytics.Experience in event marketing (roundtables, webinars, conferences).Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.Comfortable working independently in a standalone role.Knowledge of the alternative funds or regulatory reporting space is a plus, but not essential.Location: Remote (UK based, South East preferred for events/meetings).Benefits: BUPA healthcare for family, matched pension contributions.DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Addition Compliance by 2xGet notified about new Marketing Manager jobs in London Area, United Kingdom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
