OverviewMarketing Manager – CRM role at Truespeed in Bath. Permanent position with salary £44,000 to £55,000 DOE. Hybrid working with on-site parking.The RoleIn this hands-on role, you will take the lead in planning, executing, and optimising Truespeed’s CRM strategy and campaigns across multiple Direct Marketing channels. You’ll drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention while ensuring customer contact activities directly support commercial goals. You will work with the Sales, Customer Contact and Digital teams to maximise Truespeed’s growth. Expect 2-3 days per week in Truespeed’s Bath HQ with occasional travel to operating regions/markets.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deploy Truespeed’s Prospect & Customer Lifecycle Contact strategyBuild, deploy and track Direct Marketing and CRM campaigns on Truespeed’s Hubspot platform (experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms)Innovate and develop Customer Lifetime Management practices through direct marketing channels covering targeting, acquisition, conversion, engagement and retentionUse data and analytics to target, test, and optimise campaigns to increase conversions and engagementSupport growth initiatives like referral schemes and partnerships and integrate them into Truespeed’s customer lifecycle management strategyWhat You’ll Bring5+ years’ experience in Direct Marketing and CRM (B2C/ D2C/ Subscriptions) PlatformsStrong, demonstrable CRM skills with hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns (HubSpot or similar platform)Proven success in achieving customer growth goals through campaign optimisation and data-driven insightsAbility to extract insights with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and articulate strategy/execution plansComfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentDegree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or related disciplinePrevious experience in Subscriptions and/or B2C telecoms/broadband environments is advantageousBenefitsLife insurance (4x salary)Private healthcare25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeHealth, lifestyle & financial wellbeing perks (including 24/7 online GP)Hybrid working & free onsite parkingAbout TruespeedWe’re on a mission to transform connectivity across the South West with ultrafast, full-fibre broadband.
