OverviewGecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to working within a rapidly expanding travel business who are recruiting a CRM Marketing Manager to join their team.The RoleReporting into the Head of Online & CRM the successful candidate will focus on leading CRM and email marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot implementation, optimisATION, and integration across the marketing team. It involves designing and managing automated customer journeys, ensuring consistent messaging across multiple touchpoints, and leveraging customer data for dynamic segmentation and personalised communications. A key responsibility is planning, executing, and optimising segmented email campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, while also overseeing assistants in campaign creation, testing, scheduling, and reporting.
