You will implement, test and optimise for reach, open rates, clickthroughs and conversions.About Our ClientA market leading media company with decades of heritage in the luxury sector.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end CRM Manager opportunity focusing on email marketing, newsletters and campaigns.Deliver B2B and B2C email campaigns and manage optimisation for reach, opens, click-throughs and conversions.Collaborate with design, database and development teams to support email campaigns and CRM data management.The Successful ApplicantPrevious CRM and email marketing experienceBe based in South London (4 days a week onsite)Previous experience delivering campaigns using Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience briefing and supervising the design of marketing emailsKnowledge of email deliverability requirements and best practicesExperience segmenting customer data for email targetingSome experience with marketing automation technologiesStrong copywriting and proofreading skillsA/B and multivariate testing experience across emailExposure to Google Analytics and Data Studio for campaign analysis and reportingBuild reports and dashboards to help sales and marketing users get the right insight from Salesforce, including email performance reportingUse performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements to existing products through improved segmentation and personalisationWork with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvementsManage the Salesforce development roadmap and lead the relationship with our Salesforce implementation partner to supervise delivery of new features and enhancementsPerform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate managementWhat\'s on Offer£40k - £42kGood benefits package - 29 days holiday!Based in South London (5 days a week onsite during the probation and then 3 days week) #J-18808-Ljbffr
