They are all hungry to grow further.We help them get noticed, expand their peer networks, build sales pipelines, and ultimately, win new clients.About the jobThis role is an integral part of how we build highly-valued, deeply-trusted, and long-lasting relationships with our clients.You are responsible for a myriad of responsibilities. It’s a varied role, requiring outstanding client service, business acumen, project management and attention to detail.You’ll need to be naturally curious, as identifying relevant sector, brand and individual-specific insights, to fuel outreach, is a big part of the role.There’s also a need for a creative streak, as you lead on outbound copywriting: turning the above insights into effective cold communications.Key responsibilitiesTeam and client leadership: You’ll be the primary point of contact for eight leading marketing agency clients. You’ll ensure a white-glove service: meticulous planning, clear communication and total strategic alignment.Client leadership: You’ll provide accurate and up-to-date reporting on growth activity & pipeline strength, as well as owning the targeting rationale and ensuring great quality data.You’ll consult each agency client on key trends, the new business landscape, the most effective tactics and how to win new clients.Team leadership: You’ll support, mentor and coach Sales Development Representatives and act as an end-to-end project manager to ensure that all deliverables, and sales KPIs, are metStrategy: You’ll work closely with your Business Director to ensure the hero outreach campaigns and wider always-on tactical activities are fit for purpose and aligned with your clients commercial objectives.Insights: You’ll be responsible for obtaining market and customer insights to inform overarching strategy, and individual prospecting plans. You’ll need to be able to parse complex information at pace, establish the core truth, and assess what it means for each one of your agencies.Targeting: You’ll lead on the targeting strategy and will be responsible for identifying relevant data pools that fit each of your clients’ ICPs, at both a brand and individual stakeholder level.Copywriting: You’ll lead on campaign and bespoke copy writing, turning complex sector insights into short, concise, and effective outreach.What will make you successful?You know how every job ad expects you to be proactive, articulate, and inquisitive? Well, we really mean it. These are core skills - a must, not a nice to have.This is a fast paced, high-octane environment, where you are supporting eight clients at any given time. The ability to spin many plates, simultaneously, and without smashing anything, will certainly come in handy.Stellar levels of verbal communication is a necessity – we need you to build deep and meaningful client relationships.
