Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Role: Senior Account Executive – Influencer MarketingWorking: HybridWe are hiring a client-focused Senior Account Executive to help with the day to day management of influencer marketing initiatives for a variety of clients across fashion, lifestyle and tech.In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and work closely with creators to deliver high-performing partnerships. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every project meets client goals, timelines, and expectations, while driving measurable results through smart, creator-led strategies.What You’ll Do:Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing communication, strategy alignment, and campaign updates.Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns from brief to execution, including sourcing talent, negotiating deals, and coordinating deliverables.Collaborate closely with creators, talent managers, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life.Build timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all projects stay on schedule and within scope.Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights, results, and optimization recommendations.Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space, platform updates, and emerging creators.What We’re Looking For:3 years of experience in influencer marketing experienceProven track record of managing client accounts and executing successful creator-led campaigns.Strong understanding of major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts) and influencer marketing best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to think strategically while managing details and logistics.Comfortable working with fast-paced teams and evolving priorities.
