A leading Film & Photo Shoot Location and Digital Marketing agency is looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Manager to join its harmonious and friendly team in their busy and modern office in the heart of Primrose Hill.

The location side of the business has been established since 2001 and represents the best residential and commercial shoot locations in London and beyond, delivering great service to an enviable range of clients including Magazines, Newspapers, Television, Film, Fashion, Retail and Advertising.

The digital marketing side of the business has been steadily growing over the last 3 years and as well as focussing on marketing for the 1st Option Locations side of the company we also have a growing roster of external clients over a range of market sectors whose businesses we are successfully helping to grow.

Details of the Role

As in-house Digital Marketing Manager you will be the driving force behind all of the Agency’s Digital Marketing activities, developing and implementing company strategies and delivering results. The role will include:

  • Managing a small growing team of social and digital marketers
  • The ability to identify and onboard new clients
  • Driving overall Digital performance of existing businesses and external client base
  • Working with the creative team to oversee and add to the creation of high-quality visual and written content across multiple platforms
  • Keeping up to date with the latest Content Marketing Strategies, SEO Strategies, PPC Management, Paid Social Advertising and digital developments
  • Reporting on and monitoring performance of internal and external companies across all channels

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience in delivering effective and visual and written informative content
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
  • Experience with client-facing relations
  • The ability to effectively build and develop client relationships
  • The ability to be a good team player
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A genuine love of good graphic design
  • Experience in a KPI / Target driven approach to achieving results
  • An in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing including a comprehensive understanding of Google’s (and other search engines) algorithm updates
  • A strong analytical approach to SEO & PPC
  • A comprehensive understanding of desktop and mobile optimisation
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task several projects at any one time
  • A mature and highly ambitious individual with a creative flair, works well under pressure and can deliver quality creative work to very tight deadlines.
