We are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to drive digital growth and performance marketing across our hospitality portfolio. The successful candidate will lead multi-channel digital strategies, oversee paid and organic acquisition, and maximise ROI while delivering exceptional guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across paid search, social, display, programmatic, SEO, email, and CRM.
  • Lead performance driven campaigns to grow bookings, brand awareness, and guest loyalty.
  • Optimise media budgets to maximise ROAS and channel performance.
  • Oversee website optimisation (CRO) and digital guest journey enhancements.
  • Partner with revenue management, sales, and operations to align strategies with business goals.
  • Apply analytics and attribution models to track KPIs and inform future strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team and agency partners.

Experience

  • 7–10 years in digital and performance marketing (hospitality, travel, lifestyle preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering growth in direct bookings & brand visibility.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, SEO.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience managing teams and external partners.
