Head of Digital Marketing & Campaigns - Trade Publishing
We're super excited to be working with a well-known trade publisher who is looking to hire a Head of Digital Marketing & Campaigns, working full time and hybrid (3 days per week in the London office).
As Head of Digital Marketing, you'll be the creative force behind campaigns that get readers talking and books flying off the virtual shelves. This is a strategic but hands-on role where you'll build smart paid funnels, dream up standout author launches, and scale audience growth across every digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
·Plan and run paid acquisition campaigns across social and retail advertising platforms.
·Build creative, author-focused campaigns and integrated content strategies.
·Drive email list growth and engagement, ensuring strong activation and retention.
·Measure performance, run tests, and optimise campaigns for cost-efficient growth.
·Manage a small in-house team as well as external freelancers and partners.
Skills We're Looking For
·Proven track record in multi-platform paid advertising and email acquisition.
·Strong analytical and reporting skills.
·Demonstrated team leadership and experience managing stakeholders.
·A confident storyteller with a strong understanding of commercial fiction audiences.
