Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and designersFoster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity and results CRM & Customer Engagement Oversee CRM strategy and execution, including segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and personalisationDrive customer retention and loyalty through targeted communications Onsite Product Optimisation Collaborate with product team to improve product presentation and conversionAnalyse performance data to inform content, layout, and promotional strategies Creative Direction Lead ideation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channelsEnsure brand consistency and innovation in all creative assets Marketing Calendar Management Own the planning and delivery of the annual marketing calendarCoordinate cross-functional teams to align campaigns with trading priorities and seasonal moments Performance & Reporting Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insightsContinuously test, learn, and optimise for improved ROI About You Skills & Experience Proven experience in eCommerce marketing, ideally within retail or consumer goodsStrong leadership and team management skillsExpertise in CRM platforms and customer journey mappingSolid understanding of onsite merchandising and conversion optimisationCreative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytellingExcellent project management and communication skillsData-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools About Us GSF Car Parts is one of the UK’s leading automotive parts distributors, supplying thousands of independent garages throughout the UK and Ireland with parts, tools, garage equipment and specialist training.
