As our direct-to-consumer channel continues to grow, we're looking for a driven, hands on Ecommerce/Digital manager to join our marketing team and take our online sales and Wine Club to the next level.The RoleWe seek an experienced e-commerce marketing expert with a history of driving web sales in the drinks business ideally, or luxury goods retail business. The most important qualities required for this exciting role is the ability to create website content which has a clear commercial approach to sales, preparing and executing social media advertising to drive sales through all relevant channels, as well as communicating with our existing winery followers both online and at the winery. As part of this role the applicant needs to take responsibility for driving sales through guests coming to the winery, both social and corporate.This will require a knowledge and skill in executing marketing material, both digital and visual that leads to retail wine sales and wine club memberships. In 2025 70,000 visitors will come to the winery as part of our wine tourism activities.This role requires a hands-on, practical approach with relevant experience and vision to achieve our goals. Entrepreneurial flair for sales marketing both online and at the winery is important.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:Strong track record in digital marketing, with hands-on experience across Programmatic, Paid Social, and PPC.Proven ability to deliver growth and measurable results within a fast-paced, high-performing ecommerce environment.Confident managing significant paid advertising budgets and optimising spend for maximum impact.Strong analytical mindset, able to take an evidence-led approach to digital performance.Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4).Desirable:An interest in wine and a willingness to learn; we’re happy to support your development with WSET qualifications.Experience with Amazon advertising and marketplace management.Experience with email marketing platformsA creative eye, with experience briefing and guiding digital assets.What We OfferCompetitive salary, dependent on experienceA unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious English wineryStaff discounts on wines and experiencesThe chance to work in a beautiful vineyard setting with a small, friendly, and driven teamHow to ApplyTo apply, please send your CV and a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to kerry@balfourhospitality.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
