About the team We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative specialist to join the Marketing & Events team, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) and event coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to help evolve our marketing automation capabilities and support the delivery of high-impact events across the firm. About the role Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Events and the wider team, you’ll help drive smarter, data‑led engagement with our clients and prospects. Key responsibilities Leading the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys including journey orchestration, triggers, segmentation and events managementSupporting the coordination and delivery of marketing‑led events, ensuring CIJ processes are followed and continuously improvedCollaborating with colleagues to embed CIJ best practices across the team, encouraging broader adoption and upskillingMaintaining and optimising the MS Dynamics 365 platform in conjunction with our digital marketing team, ensuring it meets business needs and integrates effectively with other toolsSupporting data accuracy, reporting and analytics – including event campaign performance and client engagement insightsAssisting with training and documentation to build team-wide confidence in using CIJContributing to marketing automation projects, including A/B testing and email journey designManaging Zoom webinars including scheduling, technical setup and live support during sessionsProviding support for face‑to‑face events which may include occasional travel and on‑site coordinationHandling other aspects of the marketing function such as collateral support and managing website enquiries with a particular focus on timely and professional responses to web leads Your skills and qualifications We’re open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally including Customer Insights Journeys. You’ll be someone who is: Comfortable working hands‑on with CIJ, including event modules, triggers, and journey orchestrationInterested in marketing automation and client engagement, with a keen eye for data and process improvementA confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders across teamsOrganised and detail‑oriented, especially when managing multiple events and campaignsEager to learn and grow, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge The Prescient Group will manage your application per the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
