CRM & Marketing Specialist

Blue Legal are partnering with a leading international law firm who are recruiting for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM & Marketing Specialist to join their Nottingham office. The role involves enhancing the firm’s use of Customer Insights Journeys, supporting marketing automation and ensuring smooth coordination of events. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Events and the wider team, you’ll help drive smarter, data-led engagement with the firm’s clients and prospects.

The Responsibilities: Lead and optimise use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ), including journey orchestration, segmentation, triggers, and event management. Coordinate and support marketing-led events, ensuring CIJ processes are followed, improved, and aligned with best practices. Collaborate to embed CIJ best practices, provide training, documentation, and encourage team-wide adoption and upskilling. Maintain and enhance Dynamics 365 integration with digital tools, ensuring data accuracy, platform optimisation, and alignment with business needs.
