The Opportunity We’re seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to help us unlock the value of our customer data and improve lead quality, conversion, and nurture across Kerv’s practices. You’ll be a hands‑on marketing technologist using Dynamics Marketing as your core tool. Working with the digital, design, web, comms and reporting teams (and supported by a CRM developer), you’ll build, optimise and scale marketing campaigns, nurture funnels, and data models that drive measurable growth. You’ll act as the go‑to expert on Dynamics Marketing, powering smarter engagement, maintaining data hygiene, and enabling practices to get more from our CRM investments. Key Responsibilities
Load, cleanse, segment and optimise first‑party and third‑party data in Dynamics Marketing for campaign use Build, test and optimise nurturing funnels, drip programs, segmentation logic and customer journeys Partner with the digital marketing team to design and improve email templates, creative assets, dynamic content, and responsiveness Monitor performance of CRM campaigns (open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue attribution), recommending improvements Work with the CRM developer, web specialists and designers to implement integrations, custom features, dynamic content, and API flows Deliver training to marketing staff on how to make best use of the system and data Collaborate with comms and practice marketing leads to scope, execute and personalise campaigns for each practice Support data governance, consent management, suppression lists, deduplication logic and GDPR compliance Help practices adopt best practices in CRM usage, guiding them on how to use data, campaigns and funnels effectively Use reporting dashboards and analytics to present insights, campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders Continuously test and iterate on subject lines, send times, content mixes, segmentation strategies Document campaign flows, data models, tagging schemas, and CRM processes for reuse and knowledge sharing Stay current on Dynamics Marketing, Power Platform and CRM marketing trends; recommend upgrades and enhancements
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing operations, CRM or marketing automation role Hands‑on experience with Dynamics Marketing / Dynamics 365 Marketing (or equivalent marketing automation platforms) Strong skills in data segmentation, SQL or data query writing, and data hygiene best practices Proven experience building and optimising nurturing campaigns, lead scoring, drip programs Solid understanding of email marketing best practices: deliverability, dynamic content, A/B testing Analytical mindset, comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, attribution models Good stakeholder management; ability to work with multiple practices, marketers, and technologists, explain why your approach will yield the best results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience with Power Platform, Dynamics CE, or other Microsoft CRM modules Experience with customer journey orchestration tools, multivariate testing, predictive lead scoring Familiarity with other marketing automation or campaign tools (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua) Basic experience with HTML, CSS or dynamic email scripting Exposure to web analytics, tagging or CDPs Experience in complex, multi‑practice or multi‑business‑unit environments Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or related marketing automation
