OverviewThe Underfloor Heating Store is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CRM and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The role focuses on developing and executing customer relationship management and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, shaping our brand presence, managing marketing campaigns, and using data to optimise performance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to enhance the customer lifecycle and increase sales/profitsManage and maintain our CRM platform and collaborate with Sales and Digital teams to drive performanceOwn customer-facing Marketing campaigns to support promotional activity and new product launchesCollaborate with Finance to improve customer segmentation for personalised Marketing and CRM activityTrack, analyse, and report on KPIs related to Marketing and CRM initiatives to continually drive improvementTrain and support colleagues to use the CRM platform effectivelyKey SkillsAbility to analyse customer insights to continually improve strategy3+ years experience with HubSpot administration (required)Understanding of how to deliver effective Marketing campaignsExcellent teamwork and communication skillsProject Management Experience (preferred)About UsThe Underfloor Heating Store is a leading provider of innovative and energy-efficient Underfloor Heating solutions.
