We’re looking for a SeniorCRM Operations Manager with deep technical expertise in Braze and a sharp eye for detail. This is a non-marketing role, focused on building, managing, and sending Chip’s non-marketing communications, ensuring operational, regulatory, and service-related messages are delivered flawlessly and on time.Sitting within the Engagement team, you’ll be working closely with Operations, Product, Data, Compliance, Marketing and Engineering. You’ll configure, test, and maintain automations, manage data attributes and events, and ensure all live communications are accurate, compliant, and technically sound.We need someone who thrives on precision and speed, able to quickly translate requirements into reliable builds in Braze, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of QA. You’ll also play a key role in monitoring deliverability, supporting incident escalation workflows, and ensuring our customer communications run smoothly behind the scenes.At Chip, we’re building one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the UK, and CRM Operations sits at the heart of how we connect with our customers. This role is about technical excellence, reliability, and governance.What you can expect to be doing:Build, test, and deploy non-marketing communications in Braze.Act as the technical point-of-contact for all Braze requirements.Manage user permissions, attributes, and event data within Braze.Collaborate cross-functionally on integrations and requirements.Maintain rigorous QA and monitoring of live automations.Support service and incident escalations with CRM-related actions.Ensure data hygiene, deliverability, and compliance across all CRM operations.Educate and support colleagues on Braze tools and technical best practices.What we’re looking for:Deep technical proficiency with BrazeUnderstanding of CRM data integrationsStrong understanding of data structures, attributes, and event-based triggers.Experience managing user permissions, roles, and platform governance in Braze.Knowledge of email and push deliverability monitoringBackground in CRM Operations or Marketing Automation within fintech, or another regulated industry.Familiarity with QA, auditing, and incident escalation processes.Strong collaboration skills.Confidence in troubleshooting technical issues quickly and independently.Exposure to scripting or query languages a plus.Braze Certification (Admin or Practitioner) highly desirable.Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and governance in all CRM activity.What we’re really looking for: Someone with a genuine interest in Chip and is excited about being part of a fast-growing company and our mission to build the investment super app of the future.We want a real person, with interests outside of work, to join our team.
