The company offers a great work life balance, on the job training and development, and the opportunity to further your career in email marketing and CRM data management.ResponsibilitiesDeliver sophisticated B2B and B2C email marketing, newsletters and campaignsImplement, test and optimise for reach, open rates, clickthroughs and conversionsBuild reports and dashboards to provide insight from Salesforce, including email performance reportingUse performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements through segmentation and personalizationWork with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvementsManage Salesforce development roadmap and supervise delivery with Salesforce implementation partnerPerform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate managementQualificationsPrevious CRM and email marketing experienceBased in South London (4 days a week onsite) or willing to be onsiteExperience briefing and supervising the design of marketing emailsKnowledge of email deliverability requirements and best practicesSome experience with marketing automation technologiesStrong copywriting and proofreading skillsA/B and multivariate testing experience across emailExposure to Google Analytics and Data Studio for campaign analysis and reportingBuild reports and dashboards to help sales and marketing users get insight from Salesforce, including email performance reportingUse performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements to existing products through improved segmentation and personalisationWork with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvementsManage the Salesforce development roadmap and lead the relationship with our Salesforce implementation partner to supervise delivery of new features and enhancementsPerform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate managementOffer£40k - £42k.
