This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who can take ownership of the CRM strategy, build automated lifecycle campaigns, and use data to drive continual improvement across the customer journey.ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop the CRM and email marketing strategy to drive lead nurturing, conversion and retentionBuild, test and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns using segmentation, personalisation and behavioural triggersDeliver performance reporting, uncover insights and data-led recommendations to improve campaign effectivenessChampion customer journey mapping and contribute to improving user experience across all touchpointsRequirementsProven experience in a CRM and email marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced environmentStrong experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or similar) and marketing automation toolsA track record of successfully building automated email journeys that drive measurable resultsConfident with data and analytics – able to segment audiences, analyse campaign performance and apply insightsBenefitsA salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experienceOpportunity to join a fast-growing, performance-driven business at a pivotal timeFully on-site role based in Enfield, with hybrid working after probationIf you\'re ready to play a key role in shaping the CRM and email marketing function of a thriving business, apply now!Rutherford Briant is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion.
