You will implement, test and optimise for reach, open rates, clickthroughs and conversions.The company offers a great work life balance, on the job training and development, and the opportunity to further your career in email marketing and CRM data management.ProfilePrevious CRM and email marketing experienceBe based in South London (4 days a week onsite)Experience briefing and supervising the design of marketing emailsKnowledge of email deliverability requirements and best practicesSome experience with marketing automation technologiesStrong copywriting and proof-reading skillsA/B and multivariate testing experience across emailExposure to Google Analytics and Data Studio for campaign analysis and reportingBuild reports and dashboards to help sales and marketing users get the right insight from Salesforce, including email performance reportingUse performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements to existing products through improved segmentation and personalisationWork with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvementsManage the Salesforce development roadmap and lead the relationship with our Salesforce implementation partner to supervise delivery of new features and enhancementsPerform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate managementJob OfferGood benefits package - 29 days holiday!Based in South London (4 days a week onsite)Michael Page are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Manager to play a key role in the delivery of sophisticated B2B and B2C email marketing, newsletters and campaigns.Client DetailsA market leading media company with decades of heritage in the luxury sector.DescriptionWe're partnering with a market leading media business based in South London.You will play a key role in the delivery of sophisticated B2B and B2C email marketing, newsletters and campaigns.
