Your mission

Working at the heart of a cross-functional product team, the highly strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager role is responsible for identifying and defining the market opportunity for Intigriti's products, validating product-market fit, taking our offering to market and scaling the company’s growth. Through market research, the Senior Product Marketing Manager gains in-depth knowledge of the industry, competitive landscape and customers. Based on these insights, they create, validate and iterate product positioning and messaging which resonates with target customers. They deliver effective sales enablement materials which translate complex technical capabilities into appealing customer benefits. The role owns the overall Go-To-Market strategy, optimized for the different customer segments and personas and accounting for their unique end-to-end customer journeys. The Senior PMM is responsible for new feature communications and planning strategic cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive product adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends in the ethical hacker space. This will include an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with our target audience, emphasizing the unique benefits to our product and community. Partner with the Product team to ensure timely launch plans for new products and features as well as accurate and impactful communication of product features and capabilities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the product marketing strategy and planning. Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature updates, and campaigns to drive awareness and adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with product and customer success to identify content topics and opportunities to highlight features and benefits. Create and manage email and content campaigns around new features, verticals, personas, customer problems and market trends. Maintain a current knowledge database and regularly update changelogs for accuracy and user friendliness.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with tools, training, and collateral to effectively communicate value, including competitor battle cards, one-pagers and enablement sessions. Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and feedback, incorporating insights into marketing strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in a Senior Product Marketing role, ideally in a SaaS, cybersecurity or technology solution setting.
  • Experience growing product usage and working with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Sales) to deliver new business and expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and delivery skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders, influence the product roadmap and assert Marketing and Customer requirements.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and spot actionable trends and key insights from customer usage and behavior patterns.
  • Ability to understand complex technology product messages and communicate them effectively in customer-facing content.
  • Experience releasing technical products to new and existing customers.
  • A passion for cybersecurity and technology is a plus.
