Senior Product and Partner Marketing Manager
to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our product portfolio and key strategic partnerships. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, the partner ecosystem, sales, and client success teams, as well as external partners, to drive adoption, awareness, and growth. This role is full-time exempt. Accountabilities & Responsibilities – Product Marketing Craft go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and major platform updates. Develop and distribute messaging and positioning for target audiences across personas and segments. Create and distribute sales enablement tools (battlecards, product one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive analyses). Collaborate with product managers to articulate user benefits of Spektrix technical capabilities. Ensure product pages, solution content, and collateral on websites and other channels are up to date. Draft and communicate the go-to-market product communications and marketing strategy. Articulate Spektrix value proposition and how it solves client pain points. Collaborate with sales and client success to ensure two-way communication and translate user needs into product communications. Collaborate with design, web, and content teams to create and share materials, client stories, product videos, and thought leadership. Accountabilities & Responsibilities – Partner Marketing Launch effective joint marketing programs with strategic partners, including co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and case studies. Create and distribute partner enablement materials. Manage partner communications and track performance metrics to measure impact. Keep partners up-to-date on Spektrix product offerings and synergy with partner technology. Partner with sales and client success to collect feedback and refine messaging. Identify gaps in the product communication strategy and propose fixes. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Establish and maintain a partner communications cadence in a tiered education system. Track KPIs such as product adoption, campaign performance, partner-driven leads, and win rates. Bring creative ideas to the marketing team and project manage their development. Key Requirements Proven experience in successful B2B SaaS product and/or partner marketing Proven experience owning product launches or managing GTM strategies Strong project management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms Experience working across time zones Experience with channel or ecosystem marketing Background in working with APIs, integrations, or technical partner solutions Benefits Flexible working with support for WFH; some teams may require in-office presence at specific times.
