Overview

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and fast-growing fine fragrance brand expanding across international markets. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced marketing leader to join the team as Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA, based in London. They are one of the fastest-growing fragrance brands with a loyal following of customers who eagerly anticipate every new launch. Inspired by memories and feelings (both personal and universal) their modern fine fragrances are designed to enhance, but never define, daily life. With a new strategic partnership secured, they are focused on ambitious international expansion.

As Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will be a key driver of brand activation across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Reporting to the GM for EMEA, you will partner with the US-based Global Marketing team to tailor campaigns, launches, and strategies to regional markets. Your role will encompass brand activation, PR, influencer relations, and retail partnerships, while also managing budgets, reporting, and the build-out of a regional marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute EMEA Marketing and PR strategies across all channels, from OOH to digital and experiential events.
  • Lead regional launch campaigns in collaboration with the US team, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while optimising ROI.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key retailers (e.g., SpaceNK and Sephora) and develop joint marketing initiatives.
  • Drive brand image across media, partnerships, and retail environments.
  • Oversee local PR agencies to secure press coverage, awards, and brand partnerships.
  • Design and execute influencer strategies blending organic and paid campaigns to foster community and advocacy.
  • Manage budgets, produce campaign post-mortems, and monitor KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of beauty and social trends in the EMEA region.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience launching a beauty brand in the UK/EMEA.
  • Strong background in digital-first marketing with deep knowledge of influencer strategy.
  • Excellent knowledge of regional beauty, social, and cultural trends.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
