Our signature Barista Oat range can be found on the bar at over 10,000 independent coffee shops around the world and our full lineup of products can be found in thousands of stores across 4 continents. Minor Figures has been B Corp Certified since 2022.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing the Minor Figures Brand across the region. Supporting growth in both the UK and abroad.

Owning Regional Marketing Plans

• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans that serve both global strategy and local market needs.

• Work with local sales leads and distributors to identify focus areas and high-impact moments.

• Manage regional budgets and allocate resources to where they’ll drive the most value.

Leading the team

• Build and lead a small but mighty marketing team.

• Set clear goals, give direction, and create a culture that’s insight-led and action-oriented.

Localising Global Campaigns

• Brief in market-specific creative where needed, working with agencies or internal teams.

• Ensure excellent delivery of global or regional activations across the region

Collaboration Across Functions

• Partner closely with the global marketing team to deliver exciting, creative and effective activations in the region ensuring alignment with the brand throughout.

• Work alongside the commercial leads to ensure marketing is delivering against business goals.

Distributor & Partner Enablement

• Be the go-to brand contact for distributor teams across the region.

• Provide training, tools, and ongoing support to keep brand execution sharp and consistent.

Events & Community

• Lead our presence at key events—trade shows, festivals, industry gatherings.

• Build brand love through partnerships, barista activations, and community-driven moments.

Performance & Insights

• Track what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do next.

• Use data and insights to sharpen focus, understand our audience and ensure we turn people into fans

YOUR COMMITMENT

Your main place of work will be Minor Figures HQ, Unit 12a Uplands Business Park, Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow, E17 5QJ. The role requires on-site presence, each week, with a minimum of two days in the office.

Hours of work will generally be 9.00am – 5:30 pm but may vary with workload or by agreement. Flexibility is required due to travel requirements.
