OverviewThe Growth Company’s (GC) Business Finance team is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to drive impactful marketing initiatives across our broad service portfolio. In this key role, you’ll take ownership of targeted campaigns and strategic workstreams, crafting compelling content, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring every project is executed on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. You’ll also play a vital part in mentoring Executives and Apprentices, contributing to the development and growth of our wider marketing team.GC Business Finance is a not-for-profit lender that specialises in simple, hassle-free loans and equity finance to help businesses start, grow and thrive, providing a fresh, ethical approach to supporting SMEs. Through its alternative finance products, GC Business Finance has supported over 85,000 growing businesses, who may have been unable to obtain funding through a mainstream lender such as a high street bank, to achieve their goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on digital engagement and lead generation across GC’s service portfolio.Create high-quality, audience-focused content for digital, social media, email, and print channels, ensuring consistency with brand identity and strategic goals.Collaborate with senior marketing leadership, business unit heads, and external partners to develop and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media outlets, and strategic partners to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness.Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine tactics and improve outcomes.Oversee the management and enhancement of GC’s websites and digital platforms, ensuring content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and optimal user experience.Contribute to brand storytelling through the creation of case studies, press releases, and PR initiatives that elevate GC’s public profile.Act as a GC ambassador at events, virtual, in-person, or hybrid, while mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.ExperienceDemonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns within fast-paced, results-driven environments.Exceptional project management and organisational abilities, with a proven track record of delivering campaigns from concept to completion.Advanced copywriting and content development skills, paired with a flair for creative storytelling and audience engagement.Proficient in digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, CMS systems, SEO, PPC, and paid social media advertising.Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, with the ability to produce visually engaging assets.Skilled in managing budgets, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing external agency relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery.Holds a degree-level qualification in marketing or possesses equivalent professional experience.About YouA confident and imaginative marketing professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.Skilled at juggling multiple projects with ease, bringing a proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach to every challenge.Technologically adept, with hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.An articulate communicator with sharp copywriting and proofreading abilities, capable of producing compelling content across diverse channels.Professional, adaptable, and polished in presentation, consistently representing GCBF with credibility and confidence at external events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
