The Role Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this senior executive will drive growth initiatives, expand into new markets and scale the LiveScore Media team through high‑impact digital marketing strategies. The role requires hands‑on execution of multi‑channel campaigns, building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities
Manage performance marketing campaigns across paid social, app marketing, display, etc., to drive user acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with brand and design teams to produce compelling marketing materials and oversee creative development. Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to achieve growth targets. Report on spending effectiveness, ensuring cost‑efficiency while scaling campaigns. Analyse data to uncover insights, continually improving performance through A/B testing and optimisation. Communicate performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders. Co‑ordinate finance matters, raising purchase orders and processing invoices with internal teams. Ensure advertising complies with applicable guidelines, including content and age verification rules. Collaborate with external agencies, partners and internal teams to align and coordinate efforts. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new technologies and tools to enhance digital marketing efforts.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience in app marketing; exposure to paid social or display is an advantage. Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) is highly desirable. Proficient at managing and optimising user acquisition campaigns, focusing on CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV or retention KPIs. Analytical skills in campaign and channel management; ability to digest and interpret large data sets. Understanding of conversion tracking, marketing measurement and attribution. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau) is a plus. Team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches, able to work independently. Fast learner with a positive, can‑do attitude. Ability to lead on projects and take ownership where needed.
