Senior Digital Marketing Executive (temp-to-perm)
We’re looking for a curious, hands‑on Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing B2B agency in SE1. This is a ‘temp‑to‑perm’ role, initially covering maternity leave until March 2027, with the opportunity to become permanent thereafter if it’s a great fit for both of us.
About Velo
Velo is an award‑winning B2B marketing agency built on long‑term partnerships with clients in technology, professional services and manufacturing. Our HQ is in SE1, London.
We’re built on recommendation, which means our clients think we’re good enough at what we do to tell others – and they have done so for over 15 years. It means high standards, a fast pace, but rewarding work for brands like Cisco, Sage, McGraw Hill, ABM and more.
We’re proud to be named one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2025, offering an open, dynamic and collaborative environment that provides rapid learning through exposure to different clients, a flat hierarchy, and the satisfaction that comes from positive client feedback. Velo is a place to grow.
What we’re looking for
This role will need someone with initiative, curiosity and confidence, able to hit the ground running and enjoy collaborating closely with others.
The role:
- Marketing campaign management: work from strategic plans provided by our strategists to set‑up and optimise insight‑driven campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads. Meta, Reddit, email and Programmatic also feature on some accounts.
- Performance reporting: you’ll be comfortable working with reporting data tools such as Google Analytics to track, optimise, and report directly to clients on campaign performance.
- Multichannel delivery: you’ll work across direct mail, events, organic social, SEO and GEO and be the kind of curious person who has already been using AI in their work.
- Strategic support: finally, you’ll produce audits and analysis to help shape smart, insight‑led campaigns including SEO research, competitor analysis and more.
Unfamiliar with these extra ones? We’ll teach you but if you haven’t been using LinkedIn ads already, this won’t be the role for you.
You’ll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing agency environment.
- Proven hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong communication skills and numerical confidence.
- High standards and excellent attention to detail.
Our culture values honesty and trustworthiness as we always do the right thing. It is a place where bright and curious people thrive.
The essentials
- Location: London Bridge (hybrid, with 2 days in the office each week).
- Contract: Temp‑to‑perm, initially until March 2027, with potential to go permanent.
- Training: Dedicated training budget and in‑house training opportunities.
- Holiday: 31 days with an additional day off for your birthday and the option to buy more.
- Perks: long‑service rewards, ride‑to‑work scheme, travel loans, eye care, child‑care vouchers and more (for all permanent employees).
How to apply
To be considered for this role, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Due to volume of applicants we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually – but we do read and value every CV.
Why Velo?
We’re a team of 20 people who care deeply about the work we do. We’re big enough to deliver impact, small enough that every voice matters. We’re proud of the high standards we hold ourselves to and the reputation we’ve built through recommendation and results. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be trusted, supported and encouraged to grow, we might just be the right fit.
