OverviewThe Role:We’re recruiting for an important role within the UK Marketing team, where you will be working with the Brand Teams. You will be supporting and driving key projects for the marketing team across in our innovation pipelines, operational management and driving world class excellence.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to deliveryDevelop and maintain project timelines and resource plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain and customerTrack project performance and report on key milestones and KPIsIdentify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on trackEnsure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverablesEnsure initiatives with interdependencies are identified, communicated & aligned to drive efficiency and projects are prioritised across brandsSkills and ExperienceExperience in FMCG marketing5+ years’ experience with a minimum of 3 years in marketing or innovation with proven track record of project managementStrong numerical and verbal reasoning abilityStrong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly in EnglishStrong project management skills, ideally demonstrating leadership and influence of multi-functional teamsA proven track record of making things happen and delivering business results in current / previous rolesA strong desire to be accountable and to exceed expectationsAbility to build trust amongst numerous stakeholdersResilient and able to work under pressure with competing prioritiesIMF and cross-functional leadership experienceSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeContractJob functionMarketing, Sales, and Project ManagementIndustriesMarketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
