The Opportunity

Work for a global payments leader to accelerate go-to-market and product strategy for the Education vertical in the UK and EMEA. This role is for a results-driven marketer with a hands-on, customer-focused approach to shape how Flywire’s education solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted across two fast-growing regions.

What You’ll Do

    • Refine product positioning and ideal client profiles specific to the UK/EMEA education market
    • Develop compelling, persona-based messaging and campaigns that resonate with institutional stakeholders
    • Partner with Sales and regional leadership to drive adoption of these strategies
  • Drive high-impact product launches
    • Collaborate with Product Management to identify and highlight impactful product updates
    • Act as the linchpin between Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to orchestrate launches
    • Package launches with engaging messaging, collateral, and regional campaigns that maximise awareness and adoption
  • Empower internal teams
    • Build and maintain a robust library of enablement materials (sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, competitive briefs, client-facing assets)
    • Deliver training, webinars, and ongoing education to ensure Sales and Client Success are equipped to tell Flywire’s education story
  • Uncover market opportunities
    • Conduct research on UK/EMEA education institutions, student mobility trends, and competitive offerings
    • Be the regional expert on buyer personas, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
    • Translate insights into actionable GTM strategies and influence the product roadmap

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or higher education technology
  • Proven success managing and executing product launches, including cross-functional coordination
  • Strong ability to craft differentiated messaging tailored to regional buyer personas
  • Demonstrated success in sales enablement — creating content and programs that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis, translating findings into actionable GTM activity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing persuasive collateral, demos, and presentations
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organisation — balancing global alignment with regional needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with higher education institutions in the UK/EMEA region
  • Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), ERPs, or payments platforms
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
