What you’ll do

• Act as the bridge between product and go-to-market to translate product strategy and roadmap into compelling messaging, materials, and campaigns that drive adoption and sales.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, product, sales, and marketing.
• Turn roadmaps and features into clear narratives and customer-facing materials; orchestrate go-to-market launches across multiple teams.
• Define and maintain market & competitor intelligence; stay on top of market trends for target customers and industries.
• Own and evolve Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy; act as the voice of the customer across the organization.
• Define and maintain commercial value drivers of the platform for core industries and customer groups to enhance go-to-market.
• Collaborate with Product to build materials around product roadmaps and new launches; own the value proposition behind features and concepts—especially for the core CPMS platform.
• Be the product expert and spokesperson when needed (present at events, deliver demos, provide trainings to partners and internal teams).
• Plan roll-out activities for large to medium feature releases; coordinate localized campaigns and enablement for sales and post-sales adoption.
• Create sales collateral, battlecards, case studies, and training on key products for internal enablement.
• Oversee content development related to the product and website messaging (white papers, blog posts, demo videos).
• Coordinate release management with product managers to ensure commercial success and communication of feature launches and updates.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of direct experience in product marketing.
• B2B experience including account-based marketing, solution messaging, complex technical products, and multi-industry go-to-market.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics to inform decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with hands-on contribution across the organization.
• Strong project management skills on complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; passion for high-quality content creation and public speaking.
• Fluency in English; professional proficiency required for global communications.
