Our client is looking for a commercially driven product marketing leader—someone with a deep understanding of the corporate travel industry and proven experience in delivering impactful product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer-focused campaigns.

Role Overview:

As Product Marketing Director, you will take the lead on shaping product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy across the business. You’ll play a central role in defining how their technology solutions are presented to the market, ensuring strong alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates the business in the marketplace.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies for product launches and key feature rollouts, coordinating efforts across product, sales, marketing, and client success teams.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and uncover new opportunities.
  • Define and oversee the product content strategy, ensuring that content effectively speaks to target audiences and supports business goals.
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing teams to align acquisition strategies, optimise conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Communications teams to ensure a consistent, unified voice across all marketing channels.
  • Develop sales enablement tools such as case studies, battle cards, sales decks, and one-pagers to drive product adoption and support commercial teams.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to measure and refine marketing effectiveness, using data to drive decision-making and optimise results.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong product marketing background with deep knowledge of the corporate travel sector or adjacent industries.
  • Proven experience in building and executing successful global go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Comfortable using analytics and performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
