Performance Marketing Manager (Multi-Channel)

Location: Altrincham (4 days a week in-office)

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE + Bonuses

Our focus is generating high-quality leads for insurance, legal, and SaaS businesses, while also scaling fast-growth eCommerce brands in the beauty and wellness space.

The Role

We’re looking to recruit two Paid Social Specialists to join the team.

This is a hands-on role focused on campaign management, not team leadership. You’ll be setting up, managing and optimising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok as a core requirement, with opportunities to work on other platforms.

The focus is execution and performance: launching campaigns, testing creative, optimising daily and driving results from significant budgets. You’ll work closely with our creative and analytics teams to ensure campaigns perform at their best.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing high-spend paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta and TikTok
• Strong optimisation skills and an analytical approach to performance
• Confidence working with data, testing funnels, audiences and creative
• Agency or in-house experience in a performance-driven environment
• Nice to have: exposure to email marketing and native advertising
