We’re looking for a commercially-minded, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to join our international team and lead the growth of our digital sales—beginning with Amazon.

Reporting into the Head of International Sales and Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy, optimisation, and day-to-day execution of Amazon marketing and operations, with potential to expand your remit across DTC and performance-based media in the future.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Amazon performance marketing and merchandising strategy.
  • Optimise product listings, content, and media investment to drive visibility, conversion, and sales growth.
  • Manage the platform budget and bidding strategy with a clear focus on ROAS and profitability.
  • Oversee the smooth transition from our external Amazon partner to internal management, ensuring continuity of performance.
  • Partner with internal teams and consultants to build efficient processes, reporting tools, and learning loops.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Report performance to leadership on a monthly basis, with clear recommendations and learnings.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align stock availability, pricing strategy, and promotional calendars.

Requirements for success

  • 4+ years experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Amazon.
  • Proven track record managing paid media campaigns and/or listings optimisation with measurable success.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and act on them.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience working in a CPG or pet care environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (particularly German or French) a bonus.
  • Comfortable working remotely with regular travel for team meetings and market visits.
  • Must be based in the UK.

What we offer

  • Salary range: £55,000 -£65,000, dependent on experience
