This role as a New Build Marketing Executive is a rare opportunity to join their marketing team and contribute to the successful delivery of marketing for new home openings.Main dutiesAs the New Build Marketing Exec, you will manage processes that underpin the successful delivery of marketing for Barchester's new home openings to drive commercial performance. This includes naming the home, artwork creation, offline campaign implementation, and the opening event. You will also contribute to budget control and reporting, and deliver clear, on-brand collateral for homes to use appropriately.Job responsibilitiesHybrid working with regular travel to our London office and frequent visits to new build homes across the UK.
