OverviewBarchester's exceptional marketing team have a rare opportunity for a New Builds Marketing Executive to join the Barchester family. This role involves managing the marketing processes for the successful delivery of new home openings across the UK, including naming, artwork creation, offline campaign implementation, and opening events. The successful candidate will play a key role in budget control, reporting, and delivering on-brand collateral for the new homes.Job responsibilitiesHybrid working, with regular travel into our London office as well as frequent scheduled visits to our new build homes that are due to open across the UK. This role includes meeting teams on site and touring our stunning new homes. You will manage processes that underpin the successful delivery of marketing for new home openings to drive commercial performance, including:Naming of the homeArtwork creationOffline campaign implementationOpening event planning and deliveryBudget control and reportingDelivering clear, on-brand collateral for homes to use appropriatelyOperational details and related activities include:Ensure all systems are in place and working correctly for a smooth customer journeySet up call tracking for each home and liaise with the digital team to ensure digital elements are in place when neededLiaise with media, creative and print agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and messaging is on-brandCarry out a competitor analysis for each new home and produce a presentation with an overview of key findingsWork collaboratively with other Marketing team members to ensure the Digital, PR and CX elements of campaigns are delivered on timeSource an appropriate name for the new homes and manage the approval internally and with the local authorityWork with signage contractors to produce temporary and permanent signage solutions for each home, with on-brand messagingEnsure the new homes have the marketing tools to promote their home locally, including printed collateral and via the web-to-print systemSupport the preparation and delivery of the grand opening event for each new home, including name badges for attendees, goody bags, running order and on-site assistanceRewards package£35,000 per annum25 days holiday plus bank holidaysLife coverAccess to a wide range of retail and leisure discountsFree access to medical specialists for a second opinionConfidential and free access to counselling and legal servicesAs the only healthcare provider to be accredited as one of the best companies to work for in the UK, Barchester is dedicated to ensuring that our team are respected and their contribution valued.
