OverviewBarchester's exceptional marketing team have a rare opportunity for a New Builds Marketing Executive to join the Barchester family. Hybrid working, with regular travel into our London office as well as frequent scheduled visits to our new build homes that are due to open across the UK. Great opportunity to meet teams on site and tour our stunning new homes.ResponsibilitiesAs the New Build Marketing Exec you will manage processes that underpin the successful delivery of marketing for our new home openings to drive commercial performance. This will include the naming of the home, artwork creation, offline campaign implementation, through to the opening event. You will also play your part in budget control and reporting, as well as delivering clear, on-brand collateral for homes to use appropriately.Responsibilities continued:Ensure all systems are in place and working correctly for a smooth customer journeySet up call tracking for each home, and liaise with digital team to ensure the digital elements are in place when neededLiaise with media, creative and print agencies, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and messaging is on-brandCarry out a competitor analysis for each new home and produce a presentation with an overview of key findingsWork collaboratively with other Marketing team members to ensure the Digital, PR and CX elements of the campaigns are delivered on timeSource an appropriate name for the new homes and manage the approval internally and with the local authorityWork with our signage contractor to produce temporary and permanent signage solutions for each home, with messaging on-brandEnsure the new homes have the marketing tools to promote their home locally including printed collateral and via our web-to-print systemSupport with the preparation and delivery of the grand opening event for each new home including name badges for attendees, goody bags, running order and help at the eventQualificationsAdministration experience; ability to work concurrently on a number of different projects, ensuring projects are completed on timeExcellent written and verbal communication skills; good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelOrganizational and prioritisation skills; ability to manage own workloadSelf-starter, pro-active and a can do attitudeUK driving licenceRewards£35,000 per annum25 days holiday plus bank holidaysLife coverAccess to a wide range of retail and leisure discounts at big brands and supermarketFree access to medical specialists, who are available for a second opinion if you need it to make a decision with confidenceConfidential and free access to counselling and legal servicesAs the only healthcare provider to be accredited as one of the best companies to work for in the UK, Barchester are dedicated to ensuring that our team are respected and their contribution valued.
