Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of marketing performance, process optimisation, and team enablement — designed to power scalable growth across the entire funnel.

You will be responsible for the systems, workflows, enablement programs, and reporting infrastructure that support our marketing strategy. Working closely with campaign, content, digital, product marketing, sales, and the broader RevOps team (sales ops and CS ops), you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, aligning cross-functional teams, and improving marketing ROI through rigorous data analysis and insight-led decision making.
