Devise and run several marketing campaigns per month keeping to deadlines set
Increase average number of delegates in your sector by a minimum of 5% year on year

Essential skills, traits and qualifications
Significant experience in a conference/event marketing position.
Commercially savvy with an eye for growth with innovative recommendations.
Creative, flexible and agile with the ability to reset priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent written and oral communications.
Showcase strong project management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Deadline-driven and can manage time effectively and independently.
Team player who is comfortable working with and gaining commitment from personnel across different functional groups.
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Communications or Advertising is an asset, although not imperative.
