What You'll Be Doing Planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and live events—logistics, vendors, travel, and on-site magic Owning the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and events across Europe Managing calendars, workflows, and budgets with military-grade precision Coordinating with top-tier agencies (PR, design, digital) to keep deliverables sharp and on-brand Collaborating with sales, product, and content teams to align strategy and execution Creating processes and templates that boost efficiency and eliminate last-minute chaos Tracking performance metrics and reporting insights to the Director of Marketing What You'll Bring Proven experience in marketing operations, project management, or events in a B2B setting Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects Strong communication chops and stakeholder management finesse Experience working with agencies and external suppliers Bonus points for familiarity with European trade shows and events A proactive mindset, eagle-eye for detail, and cool head under pressure Why Apply?
